2. How do I create a ticket to get help?

If you are having any technical trouble with our Baker Google Apps, any Staff or Faculty member will be able to create a ticket in our help request system, Remedyforce.

  • Click on 'Submit a Ticket' then pick the appropriate category. 
  • Please enter as much pertinent information as possible such as: 
    • UIN number
    • Username
    • Contact number
    • PLEASE describe the problem as best you can. 

If your in a Dorm or on-campus please let us know where your issue is occurring
